Dear Anita Ma’am,
I am falling short of words in appreciation of the brilliant show put up by students of Class V G during their PYP Exhibition.
Both, as a mentor and as a Parent I thought that the enthusiasm, skill and focus exhibited by all the children were awe-inspiring.
Their ideas and execution of the same was nothing short of a meticulously planned and managed event. They have under your illustrious guidance shown that they excel in all departments be it Research, Analysis, Planning, Administration and Execution with a smart sense of time management.
As a mentor, I observed very mature behaviour in all the groups. Sense of urgency when they were past their schedules, a sense of responsibility while writing their lines were particularly encouraging to see in kids their age.
I could feel the energy all around me, mentoring teachers Sita Pandey Ma’am, and Sumit sir particularly stood out while helping kids with bottlenecks. I haven’t met her but Drama ma’am also got special mentions from the kids helping them materialise their ideas.
I must congratulate you for providing such able guidance, support and direction to all the kids to put up a brilliant show with poise and confidence.
I must admit, on the first mentors meet when Seema Bhati Ma’am said that the event was going to be conceived and executed by students and students alone I was a little sceptical. All my scepticism vanished on my very first day as a mentor.
Children have truly shown maturity in the selection of topics and research much above their age.
Once again as always, I feel, as a Parent, we are privileged to be associated with the Scottish high family and will remain ever grateful to the school for providing learning space to my child where he can silhouette his skills and not feel restricted.
Anjaneya has shown immense progress in his writing skills over a period of time and his impromptu poem about the theme “Encouragement” written for the Exhibition was a yet another pleasant occasion for me.
Please convey my gratitude to Seema Bhati ma’am for being a force multiplier for all the kids. I have felt that being called by Seema Ma’am to her room for giving Well Done cards is a matter of great pride and encouragement for the kids. It only befits an able educator to command such respect from her pupil. Many Congratulations! To the whole team VG for putting up a brilliantly flawless show.
Many thanks from a grateful Parent.
