Scottish High launches ‘GIS CLUB’ – the first-ever in India
Fortifying its existing partnership with Esri India, Scottish High International School launches India’s first-ever ‘GIS Club’. The association through this launch aims to educate and train the future professionals around the dynamics of GIS technology and how it can be used in every field.
Speaking on the occasion, Mrs Sudha Goyal, School Director, Scottish High, shared School’s vision to impart quality education to students by bringing them at par with global standards. Highlighting the occasion, Ms Goyal expressed her delight as Scottish High students will now be able to learn and use the latest Geospatial techniques.
Mr Agendra Kumar, President, Esri India underlined the monumental occasion by expressing his enthusiasm for this ground-breaking partnership that envisions to add value in education, and pointed out the benefits of GIS Technology; as Geospatial skills will train young minds for future job opportunities.
