
The Highlanders of Grade XI competed for the title of culinary genius at the Food Expedition 2024, and this time they meant business! The students, who are already pros in academics, cooked up a storm and created some delectable starters, main courses, snacks, and desserts.
The Highlanders brought their A-game with a well-stocked pantry and a perfect combination of food, nutrition, and culinary science. They were all set to unleash their full potential to win the title and show that they were more than just all-rounders.
The judges didn’t know what hit them as they were blown away by the incredible flavors and unique experiences that each dish brought to the table. And in the end, teamwork was crowned the winner, proving that the Highlanders had what it takes to be the gourmet geniuses.
