Dear Sir,
I am a parent of Aarika Upadhyay, Grade 6D, Class tutor – Ms. Karishma Bhisht. My daughter for the last 8 months has been going through a very rare condition diagnosed in kids, namely, “Perthese”. However, since this was diagnosed timely, she is improving every single day with speed and resilience. By God’s speed; she will be all up & by herself in a couple of months. During her recovery time, School teachers, staff have contributed immensely with a lot of patience and resilience and continue to help my girl to fight this out as a “One big family”.
I would like to share a “moment of gratitude” and “thank” all her teachers who have helped / continue to help Aarika in her tough times & managed her condition seamlessly & with full empathy and care.
Last year; from Reeta Ma’am her HRT, to Seema Ma’am( Primary school Principal) including; all her subject teachers who taught her Hindi, ICT, Singing, Spanish to this year, with her moving to the mid school; Geetanjali Ma’am ( she has been an amazing support), Ms. Karishma Ma’am ( another super support) & other subject teachers – all of them, continue to go extra mile to help Aarika adjust & accommodate taking care of her physical movements & tiny observations to make her settle with ease and comfort.
Only a couple of months of new session have passed by but, a “Special call” out for Ms. Karishma Bhisht, who with her empathy and care for Aarika, she ensures each day to check on how Aarika is doing on her physical health, progressing each day and reinforcing with her actions that the school is not just a learning institution but also a safe and nurturing environment. Today, Aarika earned a “silver medal” for good rank in Grade 6th in the Unit Grade and she was super thrilled of the entire event felicitated by the principal; coming back home & promising to be doing better with each passing term:) All of this is because of the comforting environment she is getting out there. My daughter, Aarika is a huge fan of Ms. Karishma Bisht for all the compassion, guidance & empathy she demonstrates with each passing day. So, a lot of gratitude and please do pass on my gratitude personally for all that she is doing to help her grow beautifully.
I must say Sir, you have a beautiful task force of teachers, mentors, holding the pride of SHIS so a “BIG” Thank you again, for being the guiding force behind SHIS success and children’s progress.
My note will be incomplete if I don’t make a special call out for the “Housekeeping staff” (Didi’s), security guards helping her navigate the road.. Their relentless support & ensuring Aarika is taken care of well; till she reaches the school premise safely & on her way out, personally means a lot. Thank you & a big shout out for them too!
Thank you & God Bless!
Warm Regards,
Aarti (Marwaha) Upadhyay
