On July 5th, Scottish High International School, in collaboration with the Pure Hearts Foundation, organized a Free Medical Camp dedicated to the health and well-being of our invaluable support staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our school running smoothly.
The camp offered a comprehensive array of essential medical services, including blood pressure and sugar monitoring, blood tests, X-rays, mammograms, oral and dental check-ups, and preventive screenings such as Pap smear tests. All services were provided entirely free of cost, with the goal of promoting early detection and fostering a proactive approach to wellness.
Adding a personal and compassionate touch to the initiative were our senior school student volunteers, who played an integral role in the day’s success. From assisting with registrations and guiding participants to helping with vital checks and distributing informative health pamphlets, their empathy, enthusiasm, and sense of service were truly commendable.
This initiative was more than just a health camp—it was a sincere expression of gratitude toward our support staff, the unsung heroes whose dedication and hard work often go unseen, yet are vital to the everyday life of our school. The event stood as a strong testament to the values of community, compassion, and collective care.
A heartfelt thank you to the Pure Hearts Foundation, the Indian Cancer Society, our team of medical professionals, and our incredible students for making this initiative so impactful and memorable. Together, we continue to build a culture where empathy is action, and care is a shared responsibility.
