Le quatorze Juillet- French
On 14th July, our school celebrated the National Day of France, also known as Bastille Day, with great enthusiasm. The celebration aimed to enhance students’ understanding of French history, culture, and traditions.
The day marks the storming of the Bastille in 1789, a key event in the French Revolution symbolizing liberty, equality, and fraternity. To commemorate this occasion, the French Department organized several engaging activities, including a bookmark-making competition, poster designing, fabric printing with French motifs, and a French food fiesta for senior students.
The celebration was a vibrant blend of fun and learning, fostering cultural appreciation and global awareness among students.
