An interactive workshop was taken by Ms Kavita Yadav, CAS Coordinator for the entire DP faculty for effective implementation of the CAS programme involving all CAS supervisors and advisors.
The following key points were discussed:
· Roles and the Responsibilities of CAS Team
· Presentation on the ‘SHIS CAS Programme’ was made.
· New CAS opportunities which can be provided to the students within the school and outside the school in all the three CAS strands of Creativity, Activity and Service.
· Learning Outcomes of CAS and the implementation of all the 5 CAS stages of the CAS cycle.
· CAS Opportunities that can be undertaken by the students while staying at home during the COVID -19 pandemic.
· Links and resources including ‘Roles and Responsibilities of CAS Team’ were shared.
Suggestions were taken to make the SHIS CAS programme better and more effective for the next Academic session.
