
A delegation of Cambridge Officials and Cambridge School Heads visited Scottish High International School as part of an initiative to strengthen educational ties and share best practices in teaching and learning. The visit aimed to foster collaboration between Cambridge and the schools, enhancing the academic experience for students.
The highlight of the visit was a comprehensive presentation titled “Future-Ready Education: AI Innovations & Digital Resources,” led by Cambridge Senior Official Ms. Lindsay Nadin. This presentation focused on the integration of AI technology in the classroom. It was complemented by a coherent and insightful talk on the Cambridge Curriculum by Ms. Abigail Barnett from Cambridge, which provided valuable insights for curriculum development, assessment methodologies, and more. The session fostered engaging dialogue about the challenges and opportunities present in contemporary education. It concluded with a felicitation ceremony honouring the Cambridge officials, organized by the Heads of Scottish High.
A significant centerpiece of the visit was the recognition of Ranveer Singh Saini, an IGCSE prodigy from Scottish High International School, for his remarkable achievements in golf despite his intellectual disability.The Cambridge Heads, impressed by Ranveer’s dedication and global success in various competitions, presented him with a trophy and a certificate of excellence. They expressed admiration for his hard work and sportsmanship.
