A landmark moment for Scottish High International School as the school hosted the prestigious Indo-Japanese Collaborative Meet on 28th March 2023 by warmly welcoming the Japanese students’ delegation from Bunka Gakuen Daigaku Suginami Junior & Senior High School. Also, a matter of immense pride for the country as Scottish High is selected as one of the Best World Indian Schools to be visited by the Japanese delegation of students.
Offering a perfect prelude to the meet was the traditional welcome ceremony by Scottish High students, followed by a welcoming address by the School Principal, Dr Sanjay Sachdeva and a School presentation providing a glimpse into the life and tradition at Scottish High International School. The delegates along with the crew were then taken on a guided tour of the school to get an insight into the holistic learning culture and environment at Scottish High. A friendly tug-a-war game with mixed teams was also organised to develop the spirit of solidarity and teamwork, followed by a camaraderie lunch for all the delegates, volunteers and team members.
Making the event monumental, Dr Cdr Kartikay Saini-Chairman, Scottish High International School, addressed the delegates and volunteers and presented them with the Scottish High Souvenirs and Certificates. The meeting further pinnacled with the warm exchange of memorabilia between Scottish High and the Japanese students before culminating into a warm farewell.
A buoyant intersection of culture, values and ideas, the Indo-Japanese collaborative meet at Scottish High not only marks the dawn of a new era in cross-cultural learning experience but also envisions its students as the potential envoys in strengthening bilateral ties with their overseas partner.

Scottish High’s primary students welcomed summer with a refreshing pool dip. Teaming up with their friends, beating the heat, and recharging their batteries for the next study session, the cool pool turned out to be an excellent idea for these young Highlanders to hit the refresh button and return to their desks revived and revitalized!
