The Inter Clan Self-Composed Poetry Recitation Competition was held on 16th April 2025 with great enthusiasm and creativity. The event provided a unique platform for students to express their thoughts, emotions, and perspectives through original poetry. They showcased both literary flair and their confidence in public speaking. The competition fostered a healthy competition among the four participating clans: Anderson, Boyd, Macarthur, and Lamont.
Participants from different clan presented heartfelt and imaginative poems that reflected the given themes, such as Life (Macarthur), Ambitions (Anderson), Gratitude (Lamont), and Memory (Boyd). The event was a beautiful blend of rhythm, expression, and originality, leaving the audience deeply moved and inspired.
The judging panel, comprising Ms Devika Richharia and Ms Meenakshi Batra evaluated the recitations based on originality of content/theme, articulations/emotions, and fluency/memorization. Each participant brought something special to the stage, making the competition a truly memorable experience.
Winners were announced at the end of the event, and certificates were awarded to appreciate the efforts of all participants.
