Holistic growth and well-being are paramount to Scottish High’s vision. With this at the core, Scottish High partnered with its Initials and Primary wing students, parents, and teachers to celebrate International Yoga Day 2024.
This year’s theme, ‘Yoga for Women Empowerment’ was embraced with full vigour and enthusiasm by the young Highlanders. Whether in groups or solo, at home or in the park, in clubhouses, or behind closed doors, students demonstrated yoga asanas/poses/exercises and raised awareness about the numerous holistic benefits of yoga.
The young Highlanders took the initiative to mobilize the community to achieve balance in their daily lives and make healthier lifestyle choices, providing strong momentum to the global effort.
