On March 1, 2025, Scottish High International School attended the Safeguarding and Child Protection Conference at The British School, New Delhi. Ms. Priyamvada and Ms. Srishti Mittal participated in discussions on student safety, legal policies, digital risks, and recognizing abuse. The sessions emphasized the role of Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) in schools, the importance of digital monitoring, and the need for early intervention in child protection cases. The conference also highlighted legal responsibilities in safeguarding students. The insights gained will help strengthen existing safety policies at our school, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for all students.
