A proud moment for Scottish High as Special Olympics Bharat athletes from all across the country assembled at the premise of the school! Pulsating with the hustle and bustle of the athletes, the preparatory camp brought together around 400 athletes and 129 coaches, cut across 27 states of India.
A mock drill that endeavoured to simulate World Summer Games 2019, the camp unfolded a screening test of physical fitness for all the athletes and participants. Integrating various sports disciplines like Aquatics, Basketball, Golf, Handball et al, the camp was up-and-coming in equipping all the athletes with expertise and training and also in providing them momentum to look forward and see themselves as medal contenders in the World Summer Games, slated to be held in Abu Dhabi in 2019.
