The first step in safeguarding the health and well-being of any educational organization is to protect the health and well-being of its teachers. To address the issue, the counselling department planned a quick workshop for middle and high school instructors. Self-care and relaxation are strategies for rejuvenation. They loved taking part in the conversation about the repercussions of ignoring self-care vs prioritizing it. The significance of self-care in order for one’s mind, body, and spirit to thrive was emphasized. The session came to a close with a 10-minute relaxation exercise.
