Dear Madam,
I am writing this email to provide you the feedback for the online classes being provided by your school to our child. For first 2 days I was bit upset as there was lot of hiccups in the system. Now things have been streamlined. I have been talking to many other parents and all of them are happy and positive on the initiatives been taken by the school.
I am very impressed with the effort and patience of the class IVD teachers specially madam Vandana Jetly. I had a conference parent teacher meeting with her this week and was impressed with her attitude and dedication towards the class.
I hope my message will serve as a catalyst to further motivate your team which is working very hard during these tough times.
