It’s never too late to learn. Twenty faculty members from SHIS attended a workshop on ‘Sharing Best Practices’ at O. P. Jindal Global University, Sonepat on 13th July. Conducted by General Kochar, Dr Sanjeev Shani, Ms Payal Chokker, and Mr Bhanu Prakash – the workshop explored scientific and emotional ways of handling stress to increase efficiency.
The workshop was divided into two sessions. First, Gen. Kochar initiated the session introducing us to the aim and mission of OP Jindal institute after which Dr. Sahni took the session forward speaking about the essence of human behaviour and how to analyze and interpret it.
Ms Chokker and Mr Bhanu introduced the concept and significance of ‘Mindfulness’ and how teachers can use it to the students’ benefit. The delegation then received certificates following an interactive Q&A session.
